Rajesh is a social entrepreneur and growth architect and leads strategy and talent management at ULTRA. After a stint at Microsoft as a program manager, Rajesh joined Bain & Company where he specialized in business incubation and growth strategy for technology, media, financial services, healthcare and retail clients. For the past decade, Rajesh has focused on scaling social innovations, including as head of UNICEF Ventures and as Co-Creator of UNICEF Kid Power, the world's first Wearable-for-Good. Rajesh has a BSc and MEng in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering from M.I.T. with concentrations in AI, Systems Dynamics and Economics.
Art Shectman, Co-founder
Art Shectman is a serial entrepreneur and technologist, and leads technology and service delivery at ULTRA. Having spent his career building new technologies and services, Art has extensive software engineering and systems integration experience with clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to venture-backed start-ups. He is the founder of numerous startups, including Elephant Ventures, a full service digital agency focused on cutting edge web, social, mobile and back-end software development. Art has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T. where he spent time in the Aritificial Intelligence lab building autonomous microrobots.
Brian King, VP of Operations
Brian is a veteran quality engineer and team builder, and leads testing operations, client engagements and team development at ULTRA. He has over twenty years of QA experience and has successfully scaled up geographically distributed QA teams in the technology and financial services industries. Prior to ULTRA, he held senior leadership positions in QA at Sparta Systems, Fidelity National Information Services, Morgan Stanley and United Online. Brian has a BSc in Electrical Engineering and MSc in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Lisa Watkinson, Director of Business Development
Lisa is an experienced digital marketer, and leads business development at ULTRA. She brings a uniquely customer-centric approach to sales and is a relentless advocate for delivering value to clients. She is adept at understanding both creative and technical requirements and ensuring every client is set up for success. Prior to ULTRA, Lisa served in a number of strategy and marketing roles at Digitas Health, Tierney and The Hartford. Lisa has a BA in Advertising from Penn State University.
