Andrew Essex, CEO Tribeca Enterprises, Co-founder Droga5

Andrew Essex is the CEO of Tribeca Enterprises, the company behind the Tribeca Film Festival. Andrew was formerly Vice Chairman of Droga5, a leading advertising agency where he served as the founding CEO until 2013. Under his leadership, Droga5 was Adweek's U.S. Agency of the Year, one of FastCompany's Most Innovative Companies, and named to Advertising Age's Agency A-List for four consecutive years. Prior to Droga5, he was the founding editor-in-chief of Absolute Magazine and executive editor of Details Magazine, and held a number of editorial posts including at the New Yorker, Entertainment Weekly, and Interview. Andrew serves on the Advisory Board of the Camden Technology Conference, is an Advisor to the NYU Reynolds Program for Social Entrepreneurship, and is the author of two books: The Story of the and Chasing Cool. Andrew has an MA and BA in American Literature from NYU.

Russ Hagey is a Senior Partner at Bain & Company, where he also serves as Worldwide Chief Talent Officer. Russ has also led nonprofit efforts for Bain’s Los Angeles office, and serves on the boards of directors for LA’s Best, the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and the Southern California Committee for the Olympic Games. Russ has an MBA from Stanford and a BA in Economics from UCLA.

Brian has over 20 years of experience helping technology startups become market leaders, and has been named to the Forbes' Midas List of the top venture capital investors. Prior to becoming a venture capitalist, Brian spearheaded product development for Raychem, RCA, Westinghouse, and Polaroid, and is the holder of several patents. Brian currently serves on the boards of Intacct,, Janrain, Donuts, Hightail, InsideView and Drivewyze. Brian has an MS and BS in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T. and an MBA from Stanford.

Rafi Musher is the Founder and CEO of Stax Inc., a global strategic consultancy. Rafi leads Stax’s corporate management consulting and private equity engagements and has worked with more than 100 equity sponsors - including LBO, growth equity, venture and distressed - to identify opportunities that create value through organic growth, operational improvements or M&A. In 2011, Rafi founded the Stax Development Corporation (Dev Corp), which is designed to create joint and independent for-profit ventures that achieve sustainable, positive social impact. Rafi is founder and Chairman of Israel & Co., Chairman of the Board at the Bronx Lab School, and a member of the Blue Ribbon Advisory Board of Center4, an accelerator for pioneering technology to support the nonprofit sector. Rafi has a BS in Communications and Advertising from Boston University.

Ameeth Sankaran

Ameeth Sankaran is a Partner at 2M Companies where he helps advise and consult for portfolio companies for the Morton H. Meyerson family office. Previously, Ameeth spent over 8 years at The Boston Consulting Group focused on helping drive revenue acceleration for global companies. Earlier in his career, Ameeth started a software company focused on global recruiting. Ameeth is a member of the Mayor’s Star Council in Dallas, an Eagle Scout and on the Board of an Educational Non-Profit, Leadership ISD.  Ameeth received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in New York.

Marcia Scheiner

Marcia Scheiner is the Founder and President of Asperger Syndrome Training & Employment Partnership (ASTEP), a non-profit organization that promotes the inclusion of individuals with Asperger Syndrome and similar Autism Spectrum profiles in competitive employment. ASTEP aims to help employers create a more inclusive workplace environment for employees on the Autism Spectrum and to bring together employers and vocational support professionals to successfully recruit and integrate these individuals. Prior to founding ASTEP, Marcia spent 25 years in the financial services industry, most recently as CEO of Centrally Managed Businesses for Zurich Financial Services. She has also held management positions at Chase Manhattan Bank and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Marcia has a BA from Wellesley College and an MBA from Columbia University.

Meena Srinivasan

Meena Srinivasan is a seasoned technology executive with over twenty years of financial and operational experience. Meena served as VP and Treasurer at Fitbit Inc during the company’s IPO, after having lead Fitbit’s Finance and HR functions during a four year period of hyper-growth. Prior to Fitbit, Meena was VP of Finance and HR at Stratify, Inc for over a decade, guiding the company’s journey from a startup to a highly profitable company to being acquired by Iron Mountain Digital. Previously, she provided financial consulting services to corporate clients ranging from high tech startups to publicly traded companies and held various positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Meena is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a Chartered Accountant from India. She holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Pune and an MBA from East Carolina University, N.C.
