Andrew Essex is the CEO of Tribeca Enterprises, the company behind the Tribeca Film Festival. Andrew was formerly Vice Chairman of Droga5, a leading advertising agency where he served as the founding CEO until 2013. Under his leadership, Droga5 was Adweek's U.S. Agency of the Year, one of FastCompany's Most Innovative Companies, and named to Advertising Age's Agency A-List for four consecutive years. Prior to Droga5, he was the founding editor-in-chief of Absolute Magazine and executive editor of Details Magazine, and held a number of editorial posts including at the New Yorker, Entertainment Weekly, Salon.com and Interview. Andrew serves on the Advisory Board of the Camden Technology Conference, is an Advisor to the NYU Reynolds Program for Social Entrepreneurship, and is the author of two books: The Story of the Globe.com and Chasing Cool. Andrew has an MA and BA in American Literature from NYU.

Marcia Scheiner is the Founder and President of Asperger Syndrome Training & Employment Partnership (ASTEP), a non-profit organization that promotes the inclusion of individuals with Asperger Syndrome and similar Autism Spectrum profiles in competitive employment. ASTEP aims to help employers create a more inclusive workplace environment for employees on the Autism Spectrum and to bring together employers and vocational support professionals to successfully recruit and integrate these individuals. Prior to founding ASTEP, Marcia spent 25 years in the financial services industry, most recently as CEO of Centrally Managed Businesses for Zurich Financial Services. She has also held management positions at Chase Manhattan Bank and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Marcia has a BA from Wellesley College and an MBA from Columbia University.
Meena Srinivasan, Former Treasurer and VP Finance & HR, Fitbit
Meena Srinivasan is a seasoned technology executive with over twenty years of financial and operational experience. Meena served as VP and Treasurer at Fitbit Inc during the company’s IPO, after having lead Fitbit’s Finance and HR functions during a four year period of hyper-growth. Prior to Fitbit, Meena was VP of Finance and HR at Stratify, Inc for over a decade, guiding the company’s journey from a startup to a highly profitable company to being acquired by Iron Mountain Digital. Previously, she provided financial consulting services to corporate clients ranging from high tech startups to publicly traded companies and held various positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Meena is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a Chartered Accountant from India. She holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Pune and an MBA from East Carolina University, N.C.
